  • Cost of laboratory testing varies depending on the number of chronic and acute conditions which require testing.

With Insurance: Comprehensive laboratory testing orders will be placed with the right codes to enable your insurance to pay for the testing, unless you have a high deductible, where a portion of the cost may be billed to you

Without Insurance: Comprehensive laboratory test orders are priced at a discounted standard rate of Males- $450, Females- $475

Bioidentical Hormone Repletion Treatment:


  • Initial evaluation: $200
  • Follow-up visit: $100

NB: Our bioidentical hormone repletion treatment (BHRT) plan is individualized based on your laboratory test results. The treatment cost is NOT covered by insurance.
