This is a cash-based membership method of healthcare delivery at the convenience of the patient through inpatient visits or secured telemedicine/virtual visits.

Once enrolled as a member, you will be given the opportunity to create an individualized patient portal through which you can fill and store your HIPPA compliant medical forms, review your medical records, request appointments, and securely message your Practitioner. You never have to google your symptoms again or go to the ER for your primary care needs.
Maintain monthly payment of your membership plan through recurrent payment
When you remain up to date with payment for your monthly membership, your access to your skilled Practitioner is prioritized for all your health concerns. DPC membership payment also gives your experienced Practitioner the opportunity to spend more time to personalize your health and wellness goals instead of billing insurance, and coding visits, as required by insurance plans.

Telemedicine Consults
We offer a convenient medium through our secured virtual app where patients can get connected with their Primary Care team by a video empowered device and in-app messaging. Telemedicine appointments are self-scheduled on our website or on-demand. Your skilled Practitioner is licensed in Texas and experienced in family healthcare. They are also specially trained to deliver high-quality virtual care. Virtual visits give you the opportunity to have your health issues are resolved from the comfort of your private space.
Annual Preventive care and Physical Exam
The cornerstone to your health is prevention. We offer in-house blood draw and testing to screen for diseases and cancers. Your physical wellness exam will include a review of your comprehensive lab test results and head to toe assessment of the functionality of your body parts.
Acute sickness management
We accept same-day appointments, walk-ins, and telemedicine for diagnostics and treatment of acute illnesses. We will perform a focused assessment, order lab tests to diagnose and treat acute medical conditions as needed for Respiratory infections, STDs, abdominal illness.
Chronic disease management
We offer in-house labs to evaluate and manage chronic diseases. We also make the time to educate our patients on lifestyle modifications necessary to combat chronic conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyper/hypothyroidism.
Hormone replacement therapy
We offer comprehensive lab testing workup and management of male and female hormonal inadequacies. From birth control to menopause – we offer a variety of women’s health services including screenings for breast cancer, cervical cancer, and osteoporosis. We also offer testosterone and PEPTIDE treatment for both men and women as needed.
Anxiety and Depression
We evaluate and treat mild to moderate psychiatric illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD with the goal of helping our patients improve their quality of life.
Sleep disorder
We evaluate and treat conditions such as insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring, and other sleep-related conditions. We offer in-office treatment plans and provide referrals to our partners to evaluate sleep conditions through a sleep study.
Sports physical
We provide Sports Physicals for all sports and extracurricular activities. We also offer cardiac ECG evaluation for athletes for an additional fee to ensure their heart function is within normal limits to perform athletic activities.
Surgical clearance
We have the resources needed to meet the requirements for most surgical procedures as requested by your Surgeon.
Specialist referral
In need of a referral to have a Specialty consultation, look no further as we can provide a focused assessment and determine the right Specialist whom we will refer you to for further evaluation and treatment of your symptoms.
Laboratory testing
Our in-house laboratory is capable of performing a variety of diagnostic and specialty tests with fast turnaround time results which will be delivered to you in detail within a reasonable time frame by our skilled Nurse Practitioner.
